Through this integration, Hospitality WiFi service providers will be able to offer additional payment options to the guests at the hotel.   Currently, WiFi service providers can offer guest printed vouchers, pre-configured credentials (user id / password) to access the WiFi service.  Other online methods, such as credit card purchase, etc. are also offered to the guest.  Both these methods suffer from operational issues and are inconvenient to the guest.  Integrating the WiFi service to the hotel bill that the guest can settle during the normal checkout process improves customer satisfaction.  Now, with this integration, guests at Pronto-IDS properties can avail of this feature.
